This Acceptable Use Policy sets out how you may use the HomePhysioUnited website and enquiry service. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Permitted use
You may use the Service to read our content and to submit a genuine enquiry about home physiotherapy for yourself or someone you are authorised to act for.
Prohibited activities
You must not:
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person;
- use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- copy, scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically extract content or data from the Service without our prior written consent;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers, or any connected system, or probe, scan, or test its vulnerability;
- introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure (including denial-of-service activity);
- use automated means (bots, spiders) to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load, except for well-behaved search-engine and AI crawlers permitted by our robots.txt;
- use the Service to send spam, or to collect other users’ personal data; or
- remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, or use our branding without permission.
Suspension
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have breached this policy or the Terms of Service, without notice where appropriate.
