No. There is no charge until after your visit. You only pay once your physiotherapist has assessed and treated you.

Do government subsidies cover home physiotherapy?

Most government subsidies in Singapore do not apply to private home physiotherapy, which is generally self-pay. We will only tell you about funding that genuinely applies to your situation.

Can I claim from insurance?

Some private or employer insurance plans reimburse outpatient physiotherapy. Check your policy, and we can provide an itemised receipt to support a claim.

To support improved access to home physiotherapy, we offer special pricing to CHAS Blue card holders. This is our own pricing decision to widen access for lower-income households — CHAS itself does not subsidise physiotherapy.
