Who we are
HomePhysioUnited provides home physiotherapy services in Singapore. We treat personal and health data as sensitive under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
When you request a visit or contact us, we collect your name, mobile number, optional email, your area, and the condition and urgency you tell us. This helps us respond to your enquiry.
Consent
We ask for your consent to contact you about your enquiry (treatment/contact consent). Marketing communications are separate and optional — the marketing checkbox is unchecked by default, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
How we protect your data
We use access controls and encryption in transit and at rest, and we notify affected individuals and authorities of qualifying data breaches within the timeframes required by law (Singapore: 3 days). (Confirm and finalise before launch.)

We use essential cookies to run the site. Non-essential analytics load only after you consent via the cookie banner.
