About
Founder and Lead Principal Physiotherapist with 30 years of experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation across restructured hospitals, community-based facilities, and private practice, including Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Changi Sports Medicine Centre, and Gleneagles Hospital. She has also taught at Nanyang Polytechnic, participated in clinical research, and organised public forums and workshops. She is a certified Exercise Specialist with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and received gold and service-champion awards from Spring Singapore and NHG in 2003.
